Ferret Forge takes great pride in our superior quality, excellent value, and attentive service. Since all items are individually handcrafted with the best materials available, all sales are final.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING. Turnaround is typically less than a week, but since everything is made by hand, sometimes there are unexpected delays.

Workmanship Warranty

If you have a problem with a piece of jewelry that you have purchased from Ferret Forge, please let us know. If the problem is due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Our workmanship warranty does not include chains. All of our chains are high quality, but we cannot guarantee them because we do not make them.

Unless noted, all gems are natural and are the highest grade available to us. As with all natural stones, colors and brightness may vary from gem to gem.

Ferret Forge is not responsible for any duties that may be applied by your native country.

Care and Handling

Argentium silver is more tarnish-resistant than sterling, but the time may come when you want to clean or brighten your item. A simple, inexpensive Sunshine Cloth will restore your silver ferret jewelry to its original luster. DO NOT USE POLISH OR METAL CLEANERS. This applies not only to our jewelry, but ALL items made of silver.
